Hank and Tracy are from out of town. They are trying to find an insurance company, in the Taiwan Bank Building. Tracy and Hank have just left the subway station. They see a man leaning against the side of a building.
Hank: I know the office is near the subway station, but I don't know how to get there.
Tracy: Let's ask for directions. That guy looks like a local, leaning against the building like that.
Hank: Excuse me, do you know how to get to the Taiwan Bank Building?
Man: Hmm... Go down First Street to Fourth Avenue and turn left.
Then go down Fourth Avenue to Park Drive and turn right.
Tracy: You should write this down.
Hank: No. I have a great memory.
Man: Then walk along Park Drive until you see a small bridge.
Turn left after the bridge. That's Oak Street.
Hank: Got it. Thanks. Don't worry, Tracy. I never get lost.
Hank: Were we supposed to turn left or right on Park Drive?
Tracy: I don't see any bridge.
Hank: Hey, I remember this building. We're right back where we started!
Tracy: Well, at least you remembered something, Mr. Great Memory!
Now Tracy and Hank go back to the man.
Hank: Excuse me. Sorry to bother you again,

Man: Right. Go up that road until you see Joe's Cafe.
Turn right there and walk along that road for about five minutes.
You'll see the Taiwan Bank Building on your left.
Tracy: Those were different directions. We'll get lost again.
Hank: No, we won't! I have an excellent sense of direction.
Hank: We're lost.
Tracy: No, we're not. Look, there's the same building again.
Hank: Excuse me. We got lost again!
Man: Maybe you should ask a local. I'm from out of town.
Tracy: Look! This is the Taiwan Bank Building!
Hank: I told you I had a good sense of direction.
